What you will do:

• 
  
• Implementation and maintenance of key business and stakeholder metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop data models and reports that support decision-making.
  
• Perform complex data analysis and generate insights using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure that data integration, transformation, and storage processes meet the analytical needs, optimizing for performance and scalability.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Looker, enabling stakeholders to access real-time data and make informed decisions.
  
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on data strategies and objectives.
  
  
• Drive the standardization of data definitions, metrics, and reporting methodologies across the organization.
  
  
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our data practices and solutions.
  
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
  

What we are looking for:

• 
  
• Advanced/Fluent English for conversation
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  
• Great experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects and delivering impactful results.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, with experience in Python for data analysis and scripting.
  
  
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
  
  
• Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs, with the ability to connect data analysis to broader business objectives.
  
  
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS including BigQuery.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  
  
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management practices.
  
  
• Proven ability to be a self-starter with a strong track record of taking initiative, leading projects, and driving continuous improvements.
